Recently redecorated two-story "treehouse style" home in the private John Dodge subdivision. This cozy home sits on a large secluded lot and features a private pond and substantial deck space to encourage relaxation and quality outdoor time.
2,800 square feet of living space with beautiful wildlife artwork throughout the home.
The great room features mountain decor including large oversized leather couches and a large stone fireplace. This spacious room includes a television, DVD, and a mini bar and opens up into a fully-equipped kitchen.
There is a beautiful, antique barn wood dining table with seating for 8 in the dining area.
Located in a separate wing of the house, the private master suite has a king size bed and a cozy sitting area. Large, north facing windows provide views of the backyard and beyond to the mountains. The master bathroom offers a shower, 2 sink vanity, and ample closet space.
There are 2.5 additional guest bedrooms located on the first level. 2 feature queen size beds each with private bathrooms. The third is a small bunk room with a shared bath. All are quaintly decorated with coordinated colors and themes.
The private backyard provides a safe play area for children. The deck is equipped with built-in seating benches, a gas grill, and an outdoor hot tub.
