This luxury townhome has a one-of-a-kind combination of beautiful design, great location, and gorgeous Jackson views. Located just south of the rodeo grounds on the Karns Hillside, you have biking and hiking trail access to the Bridger-Teton National Forest from your backyard, bike access onto Snow King Ave. and subsequent town bike paths, and the town Square is only a 10-minute walk to the Town Square.
With a large deck at the front of the home, enjoy morning visits from hummingbirds, cedar waxwings, and yellow warblers. The front deck overlooks Karns Meadow where moose have bedded down in winter, and fox have made their homes in summer. To the south, you can see Teton Pass and the southern end of the Snake River Range. At the back of the house there is another deck with views of the hillside including the national forest.
This townhome features a breathtaking feeling with a large, open living space complete with a large river-rock fireplace, cedar wood beams that vault the ceiling, cherry hardwood floors, and stunning mountain-home A-frame windows. This open design includes a large leather sectional for relaxing or watching tv, a beautiful mango wood dining table that seats 8-10 people, and a full-service kitchen with granite countertops including a kitchen countertop bar with seating. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all inter-connected.
The master bedroom is on the same floor as the kitchen/dining/and living area and includes a king bed and a full private bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedroom is fully furnished. Downstairs are two large bedrooms one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds (one twin bed is a loft-style bed). The two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
