Villa Cortina offers a perfect family getaway rental home in Jackson Hole. It is spacious (3,100 square feet), bright and sunny, with room to spread out, relax and enjoy the home's comforts and décor. The house has two floors and there are 4 bedrooms, plus a den/bonus room, each accommodating two people.
The landing at the top of the stairs opens onto the living room, which has a fine rock, wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV and DVD player. To the left is the dining area, which has seating for eight people. Beyond lies the kitchen with high-end appliances, complete with a double oven and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen opens onto a breakfast room which has a table with seating for four plus a breakfast bar with seating for four. There is a second flat screen TV in the breakfast room. From the breakfast room you access the west deck, which has a gas grill and (in summer) an eating area with seating for at least six.
To the right of the upper level landing is the master bedroom suite, comprising a separate bathroom and shower room/toilet and a dressing area with double sinks and vanities, and ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a small seating area and a large built-in desk. The bedroom accesses the east deck that is shared with, and is accessible from, the living room.
On the ground floor there are three other bedrooms, the bonus room, and a wide and long hallway that faces south. The south wall of the hallway consists of floor-to-ceiling thermopane windows and the floor is dark stone, which on sunny days warms up the entire level, significantly reducing the load on the central heating system.
The hallway has a seating area at the west end, from which there is access to the front lawn and hot tub area. At the other end of the hall there is access to the area under the east deck where firewood is kept. Also at this end is the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
At the west end of the hall, is the first guest room with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second guest room has twin beds and the third has bunk beds. The second and guest rooms share a bathroom. The bonus room is at the east end of the hall and has a futon couch. This room can also be used as an office or play/work area.
