NEW! 2010-11 Ski Season
This popular Teton Village home is undergoing some exciting new changes this summer, additions are to be completed just in time for the 2010-11 winter ski season. The addition of a master suite, recreation room, spacious two car garage, and an elevator, to transport your luggage and groceries to the main floor, will enhance this already incredible property.
The luxurious master suite will be on the top floor, there are amazing views with windows throughout. Walk amongst the tree tops when you cross the bridge connecting the new addition to the kitchen. The master king suite will have a river rock gas fireplace with sitting area, roomy closets, superior bathroom complete with walk-in rain shower and a steeping tub. A perfect place to relax after a long day on the slopes!
Enjoy the activities and comfortable space offered in the recreation room. There will be a flatscreen TV with Blueray, foosball table, wet bar, queen hide a bed and full bathroom with a shower.
Upon entering this delightful home, you will find a large entry offering plenty of room to store your outer wear; jackets, gloves, hats etc. On this level you will find a large eleven person Jacuzzi accessible by a separate door leading onto a heated deck. Also found on this level are three bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms (one with bathtub, two with shower only) as well as the laundry facilities.
Upstairs one level is a large greatroom with an open floor plan including the living and dining area. The living area has a vaulted ceiling with a large natural stone, wood burning fireplace. There is a built-in stereo system with speakers located throughout the greatroom, a flatscreen television with Blueray connected to the HDTV for all to enjoy. An outside deck allows one to take in the full expansive valley view or enjoy a BBQ on the grill during the summer. The kitchen is upscale with granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Off the dining area is a separate study offering a spectacular mountain view as well as a daybed, allowing for additional accommodations if needed. Wireless internet, a fax machine, printer and copier are available for guest use. Completing this level is a full bath (shower only) and a second sink off the kitchen.
The third level of this home is very private and sleeps up to four people in a queen and twin bunk beds. This bedroom provides an ensuite bathroom (shower only) and wonderful views of the valley and mountains.
