Jackson Hole Real Estate & Property Management Company is located in the town of Jackson at the Miller Park Lodge, at 155 North Jackson Street (Please see attached map for driving directions).

Deposit Policy: An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is due within at time of reservation booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days (60 Days for winter holiday season) prior to arrival. Final payments will automatically be charged to the card on file. Please contact us if you would like to make other arrangements for your final payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more (60 days during Holiday Season) prior to arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night lodging. Cancellations made within 30 days (60 days during Holiday Season) of arrival date will forfeit all payments unless the accommodation is re-rented for unused nights reserved. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation fee.

Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for the nights you reserved. You are responsible for the entire stay. No refund or credit will be given for unused days resulting from late arrival, pre-mature check-out, or cancellation. A home or condo that is deemed unsatisfactory to the guest will be considered a cancellation.

Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 10am.

No pets of any size are permitted. All accommodations are non-smoking. Violators will be charged an additional $500.00.

In the winter months we offer our customers discounted lift tickets at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You must ski a minimum of 3 days and all lift tickets must be ordered 3 weeks prior to the first ski day. We do not offer discounts on ski rentals, ski school or tours.

Procedure for late arrivals:
Please come to our office located in the town of Jackson on 155 North Jackson Street. If possible, please contact our offices to advise of late arrivals. There will be an envelope with your name on it in a box outside of the Registration Office. In the envelope you will find your keys and directions to your unit.
