Jackson Hole Real Estate & Property Management Company is located in the town of Jackson at 1755 N Hwy 89 (Please see attached map for driving directions).

Cancellation Policy: All reservations made are non-refundable at time of booking. Travel insurance purchased for 6.5% of your reservation is highly suggested to cover unexpected emergencies.

Deposit Policy: The total amount of the reservation is due at time of booking. Deposit payments to be made by personal check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for the nights you reserved. You are responsible for the entire stay. No refund or credit will be given, in whole or in part, for unused days resulting from late arrival, pre-mature check-out, or cancellation.

Check in time is 4 pm on scheduled arrival date. Check out time is 10 am on departure date

To guarantee an early check in on day of arrival by 12pm a payment of $50.00 will be taken in addition to your total lodging price.

To guarantee a late check out on day of departure no later than 1pm a payment of $50.00 will be taken in addition to your total lodging price.

Sorry NO pets (no matter the size) are permitted. All accommodations are non-smoking, violators will be charged an additional $200.00 for cleaning costs.

Procedure for late arrivals:
Please come to our office located in the town of Jackson – 1755 N Hwy 89 (at the Elk Refuge Inn). There will be a check in envelope located in a box (lock box code 7777), located on the wall outside of the Registration Office. In the envelope you will find your units keys, and directions, and map to your unit.
