• Please present this confirmation upon check-in. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals & Property Management is located approximately eight miles from the town of Jackson going towards Teton Village on Highway 390. Heading North on Highway 390, take the 4th driveway on the right past the entrance to The Jackson Hole Racquet Club at The Aspens. The physical address is 3610 N Moose Wilson Road.

Minimum Stay Required

Holiday Season: 5 nights for 1-3 bedroom condos in the Aspens
7 nights for 1-3 bedroom condos in Teton Village
7 nights for 4 bedroom condos, Homes, Granite Ridge, Cody House, Crystal Springs, Moose Creek and other deluxe properties.
Regular Season - 3 nights for 1-3 bedroom condos in the Aspens
3 nights for 1-3 bedroom condos in Teton Village
5 nights for 4 bedroom condos, Homes, Granite Ridge, Cody House, Crystal Springs, Moose Creek and other deluxe properties.
Value Season - 3 nights for 1-3 bedroom condos in the Aspens
3 nights for 1-3 bedroom condos in Teton Village
5 nights for 4 bedroom condos, Homes, Granite Ridge, Cody House, Crystal Springs, Moose Creek and other deluxe properties.

Policies

• Rates do not include sales tax, surcharge and assessments.
• Two (2) additional people may be added for no extra charge, as long as bed space permits.
• One (1) complimentary mid-stay maid service is provided for each stay of seven (7) consecutive nights.
• Deposit equal to 50% of the total rent is due at the time of booking. Deposit payments to be made by check or credit card. Room and tax balance is due 45 days (90 days for Winter Holiday Season) prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made prior to 45 days (90 days for Winter Holiday Season) of arrival date will be charged a one nights handling fee. Cancellations made within 45 days (90 days for Winter Holiday Season) of arrival date will forfeit all payments unless the accommodation is re-rented for unused nights reserved. All cancellations are subject to the handling fee.
• Guest is responsible for all unused days reserved resulting from late arrival, premature check-out or cancellation, unless the accommodation is re-rented for the unused days. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.
