Thank you for choosing Jackson Hole Reservations. To check in please go to Rendezvous Mountain Rentals.

• Please present this confirmation upon check-in. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals & Property Management is located approximately eight miles from the town of Jackson going towards Teton Village on Highway 390. Heading North on Highway 390, take the 4th driveway on the right past the entrance to The Jackson Hole Racquet Club at The Aspens. The physical address is 3610 N Moose Wilson Road.

• Deposit Policy: An initial deposit equal to 50% of the total amount is due at the time of booking the reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the 1st Night. Cancellations made within 45 days of the arrival date will forfeit all deposits and payments unless the accommodation is re-rented for all of the unused nights that were reserved.

• Security Deposit: A physical imprint of a credit card is required at check-in in lieu of a security deposit.

• Receipt of this confirmation constitutes a formal contract for the nights you reserved. You are responsible for the entire stay. No refund or credit will be given, in whole or in part, for unused days resulting from late arrival, premature check-out, or cancellation unless the accommodation is re-rented for the unused days.

• A Home or Condo that is unsatisfactory to the guest will be considered a cancellation.

• We do try to honor special requests, however, these are not guaranteed.

• Check in time is 4:00 p.m. on scheduled arrival date. Check-out time is by 10 a.m. on departure date.

• Sorry, pets are not permitted! All accommodations are non-smoking; violators will be charged for any additional cleaning costs.

PROCEDURE FOR LATE ARRIVALS:

Rendezvous Mountain Rentals is located approximately eight miles from the town of Jackson on Highway 390 going towards Teton Village. Our office is on the right hand side of the road just ½ block north of the Jackson Hole Racquet Club at the Aspens.

*****IMPORTANT*****
Inside the front door is a breezeway with a telephone and locked key box that contains your keys and a map to your accommodations. Should you arrive after hours the combination to the lock box is 1111. Line up the four tumblers press and pull the lock open.
In an envelope with your name on it you will find the keys, directions and a map.
Please re-lock the box and you’re on your way. Please stop by our
Office the next day to give the imprint of your Visa or MasterCard and
