Cancellations Policy:
Outside 21 days, full refund for deposit taken less a $25 processing fee. Reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival
will be charged full stay. Reservation changes made 21 days or less prior to arrival may be subject to a penalty not to exceed the difference between the
confirmed reservation and the revised reservation.

Any reservation defined as a "no show" will be charged the equivalent of their confirmed stay. Reservations checking out earlier than their confirmed
departure date will be charged for the balance of their confirmed stay. "No shows" are defined as individuals that have not arrived on property as per
their reservation date and do not cancel their reservation by either calling or emailing their intentions to cancel.

PETS: Because we are located within a wildlife sanctuary, we regret that we
cannot allow pets. Kennels are available in the town of Jackson.
